Titanium Arts Competitive Co is designed for dancers, 5–18 years old who want to take their artistic training to the next level.
Competitive Co is a full year commitment with both students and parents in agreement to attend all dance classes, competitions, conventions, and performances.
Competitive Co members receive weekly technical instruction in a variety of dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, contemporary/lyrical, and acrobatics.
Level placements are for training purposes only; students are continuously assessed throughout the year and may be moved to accommodate individual needs.
The Artistic Director reserves the right to place all dancers accordingly.
Along with the instruction provided in mandatory classes, Full-Time Competitive Co members will learn and perfect 7+ competitive dance routines for entry into three or more dance competitions. Company dancers ages 5-10 are considered a part-time competitive program. These dancers receive 5+ hours a week of training which includes the styles of Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Acro, and Hip Hop. The techniques learned in these classes are combined with original choreography that is used to shape 4 or more competitive dance routines. In the Spring, these routines are performed at 2 or more dance competitions.
Competitive Co dancers are also offered the opportunity to receive choreography and coaching for a number of "Extra" routines with Solo, Duet, Trio, and Ensemble classifications. These routines may be entered into competitions in addition to the routines entered by each Competitive Co.
